At Sajawat Fancy Mats, every product is carefully handcrafted and inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. As many of our products are handmade and made with intricate craftsmanship, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Returns
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handcrafted manufacturing

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Eligible for Replacement
A replacement will only be provided if:

The product has a manufacturing defect.
Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Share your Order ID.

Provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Replacement Process
Once we receive your request:

Our team will review the details and supporting images/videos.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Depending on the situation, we may arrange a reverse pickup or request you to return the product before dispatching the replacement.
Important Notes

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, photography, or the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.

As our products are handcrafted, minor variations in embroidery, stitching, or finishing are a natural characteristic and not grounds for return or replacement.
